I destroy most of my /etc dir and rebuilt it by reinstalling a lot of=20
debs though i got this error i had to --force-all =20
after digging this error message come from debsig-verify which is not=20

Just stick a no-debsig line in /etc/dpkg/dpkg.cfg .
