Package: dpkg-dev Version: 1.10.15 Severity: wishlist Hi,
dpkg-checkbuilddeps currently prints the Build Depends comma-separated, with version information. I would like to be able to apt-get install build-dependencies for packages that are themselves not available via apt, hence apt-get build-dep being unuseable in this environment. An option to dpkg-checkbuilddepends causing the program to simply output the names of the missing packages, space separated, without versioning infos, would do the job well. Please consider adding that option to a future version of dpkg-checkbuilddeps.
