No, isdnutils 1:3.3-5 added a workaround for this bug in
start-stop-daemon. That start-stop-daemon now does a chdir("/")
without being asked and without documenting it still is the case,
Note that the bug is on dpkg, not in isdnutils. So a change in isdnutils
can never fix a bug in dpkg...
