I try to use the sarge "Debian". Where can I get the dpkg-scanpackages? If it is not available, what means will me help to create a "Package.gz" file for correct my distributive? (While I download new packages, the sarge Package.gz file and some packages become changed and my local Package.gz need to correcting).

It's in the package dpkg-dev apt-get install dpkg-dev
