Some extra information, the simplified process list for the installation,

--allow-unauthenticated --quiet --yes -o
Dpkg::Options::=--force-confdef -o Dpkg::Options::=--force-confold
bzip2 portmap
  661 ?        D      0:00 /usr/bin/dpkg --force-confdef
--force-confold --status-fd 12 --configure portmap
