BTW, it currently supposes that man/ChangeLog is in fact man/po/ChangeLog. It makes sense to move the ChangeLog to be coherent with all the po/ChangeLog entries. Furthermore man page update are grouped together with the the feature update and as such they are best documented in the same changelog entry (in ChangeLog).
