Huh, I've been a bit quick with this one. It's ok as in "it works" but it introduces a dependency on libtextwrap that might not be desirable (I have no opinion on this, given that it only concerns dselect I'd be ok with this new requirement). But it's certain possible to fix the old wrapping code to work with multi-byte code and not gain that dependency.
