I think, this is not the right place, to post problems with debian
packages! But nevertheless I installed a few systems with Plesk software.
The very most important, to get a successfully installed Plesk on Debian
system(or other systems), is a really fresh installed system, without
any preinstalled software !!! No mysql-package and no other software.

/Try to groupdel popuser and userdel popuser on your system an reinstall again.
