This warning is definitely harmless and is unrelated to the failure.

The problem is this:
$ tar ztf webkitkde_0.9svn1080813.orig.tar.gz
webkitkde-0.9svn1080813/.hg_archival.txt
webkitkde-0.9svn1080813/.pc/.version
webkitkde-0.9svn1080813/.pc/applied-patches
webkitkde-0.9svn1080813/.pc/debian-changes/part/kwebkitpart.desktop

When you generated the upstream SVN snapshot you included the .pc directory
used by quilt and the patch is most probably already applied like quilt tells 
you:
