Right, 2.5.23 was a quite recent addition, so lintian.d.o is not done reprocessing all of the packages (it re-processes up to 1024 sources a day, but often it only makes 512). We added the "last processed by Lintian/X" marker on lintian.d.o[1], so you can tell what version of Lintian produced that result.
