Right now our buildd chroots are affected by #848422 and it'd be nice if the next regular update (tomorrow evening) would be pick up a fixed version, so I'd like to know if I need to go and add --include perl as a workaround before then. (I'm also willing to NMU dpkg with that one d/control change today or tomorrow if that's easier.)
