Well gee, in the US we spell it oscilloscope so that may explain
you're difficulty in finding a translation. :)

inverse, sum, diff, avg, xy, and FFT, 23 memory buffers, 5 automatic 
measurements, and file save/load.

Considering that sound cards are pretty common and the software is GPL this 
should fit.
