Are you willing to write/translate documentation for educational > software ? No. I'm not very good at formulating documentation, and believe it is better to leave it at someone who excel in that area. > 6. What area in the big educational landscape are of special interest > for you (math, physics, biology, languages, etc.) ? None, actually. I'm involved in the Skolelinux project to help schools being able to stop wasting money on proprietary software, and instead teach the pupils that it is ok to share, tinker, learn and build on the work of other, instead of being called a software pirate when doing those things. > 7. Freetyle question. What else would you like to do within > DebianEdu ? What do you expect from DebianEdu ? I expect DebianEdu to be a place where all the education-related projects in Debian can share our experiences, and make sure we avoid duplicated work when possible. > 8. Are you part of other education-related projects ? What is your > position in those projects (leader, contributor, lurker, ...) ? I'm the technical coordinator and architect for the Skolelinux project. That means I take all highlevel technical decisions, and keep track of what the other developers are doing on the technical side. We are organized in four groups; technical, translation, pedagogical and project promotion. > At the same time, if you can put a little resume on your personal page > on the wiki by registering under http://wiki.debian.net/WikiUsers that'd > be great. :) It's optional though. Later. :-) BTW: The Skolelinux project are planning a development conference / meeting at the end of this month/start of the next. The available dates are the weekends starting 09-27, 10-04 and 10-11. It would be very nice if any of you could join us. Let me know if you would like to join, and which weekends will work for you. Funding is open for discussion.
