Hi, a try to install rc1 into a single partition failed. I tried the installation with two different machines. The installation stopped before rebooting and this error message appeared:
"Der ausgew�hlte Kernel kann nicht installiert werden ..." In the end of /var/log/messages was written: "... setting up kernel-image-2.4.26-1-386 (2.4.26-1) ..... failed to create initrd-image. dpkg: error processing kernel-image-2.4.26-1-386 (--configure): subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 29 Errors were encountered while processing: kernel-image-2.4.26-1-386 E: sub-process /usr/bin-dpkg returned an error code (1)" Do you have any idea?
