Hej Finn-Arne, thanks for your efforts. I don't want to "dixcuss java licences", I just wish to comment on j2re and blackdown: I believe that most schools (apart from primary schools and kindergardens) will have a need not only for the java run time environment (j2re) but also for the development kit (sdk). As for my skolelinux system, I got the blackdown version installed (no package howver) and now have two different j2re's on my system (the j2re that was there before and the blcakdown one). Mabe, this is no problem at all, but how about just having _one_ open java (i.e. blackdown)? This is my two-pence for it, Regards Ralf
