Preconditions: The test server was placed behind a floppy firewall with this config: http://www.zelow.no/floppyfw/download.html http://developer.skolelinux.no/~knuty/config_fw I had to adjust the dhcpd.conf and lts.conf acordingly to: http://developer.skolelinux.no/dokumentasjon/debian-edu_sarge_installation.txt The installation test: 1. The standalone + standalone extra went straight up with the expected at a glimse it seems like the localisation bug (no_NO <-> nb_NO) has survived from the 2005.02.15 23:09 version: 2. Installed as expected the main + ltsp install 2.1 Have to check the munin and ntpdate once again because the firewall was set up after installation 2.2 localisation bug (no_NO <-> nb_NO) appeared as expected 2.3 Did not do the AUTOFS-LDAP work around (the first choice) 2.4 Made the LTSP4 fix with the kernel 2.4.26-ltsp-2 and USE_XFS=Y 3.
