All this info will be on the site, which will be online soon... Until then, I could say that there are buses apprx every 30-50 mins, iirc, travel time is ~2:20. There is no number on the bus (at least not in the ones i've been), but the bus has a label on it with the destination Argos/Nafplion in this case (Argos is a city close to Nafplion, you will pass there before you arrive to Nafplion.
