okay, as I stated before, it is a mount issue. Maybe different LDAP layout since 1.0? Tjener is pr47 IIRC and client is Sarge pr00.
autofs-ldap stopped working together with Skolelinux 1.0 around september 2004 I think

is it right that all is commented out? I tried to get the autofs thing working - no success. Now I use /etc/fstab as workaround, having entered this line:
tjener:/skole/tjener/home0 /skole/tjener/home0 nfs \ users,rw,nosuid,rsize=8192,wsize=8192,hard,intr,auto 0 0
Any suggestions for improvements are very welcome.
