Several of the bugs in the debian bug tracking system (BTS) are relevant for debian-edu. At the moment, it is a bit hard to find them.
Recently, BTS was changed to support user-defined tags. This allow us to tag "our" bugs in a way that make it easy to find them. Check <URL:http://wiki.debian.org/bugs.debian.org/usertags> and <URL:http://code.erisian.com.au/Wiki/debbugs/SectioningNotes> for some info about this. I belive we should start using these tags to flag the bugs relevant for debian-edu. But we need to agree on a way to do it. I suggest we use [email protected] as the namespace, and use a debian-edu tag to flag bugs relevant for debian-edu. This way we can list all relevant bugs using this URL: <URL: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Any better ideas, before I start to tag bugs? Tagging bugs are done by sending an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED], with content like this: user [email protected] usertag 144503 + debian-edu usertag 144505 + debian-edu thanks -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
