(As I do not have access to any servers with these webmin modules, the rest of this post is gueses on my behaf.) To configure the cups webmin packages, I guess you could change some thing in the webmin/cupsys/index.cgi file (or the file with the wrong value) to "/etc/init.d/cupsys". To configure the grub webmin packages, I guess you could change "/usr/sbin/grub" to "/sbin/grub" in webmin/grub/index.cgi, or the file with the wrong value.
