Shame on me. I do not remember whether it was you I discussed it personally
or somebody else: The result was, we should file bug reports against xpdf for
every single missing feature. Unfortunately nobody started doing this
until now. (Perhaps I'll prepeare a nice "Christmas gift" for the xpdf
developers. ;-) )
