Other options would be to use pxelinux.0, since newer etherboot support
the use of pxe booting, or to vmlinuz-nb, and symlink the actual
nbi-kernel, like things are done with lessdisks, or the new ltsp (I have
not checked te last statement, but since it uses the same kernel and
tools as lessdisks ...)
