How are the locales that appear in /etc/environment created? When installing debian (and debian-edu) and kubuntu the sami locale is defined to be se_NO, it should be se_NO.UTF-8.
I would have posted a bug, but I don't know which package causes this behavior. regards, -- Børre Gaup
