The Northern sami locale should be se_NO.UTF-8, not just se_NO.
Effects of the current setting is at least that filenames and messages typed
in kopete gets latin1 interpreted utf-8 characters, i.e.
øåæšáŧŋđžč are shown
as two characters.
Changing the locale manually from se_NO to se_NO.UTF-8 solves these problems.
