webmin only reachable with
https://localhost:10000
or https://10.0.2.2:10000 in konqueror.
Using "tjener" it doesn't work.
The no proxy list only contains localhost and 10.0.2.2, and squid does not
allow local connections.
A centrally shiped no proxy list (/usr/share/debian-edu/...) should probably
contain something like
localhost
tjener
*.intern.
10.0.*
192.168.*
