Are we talking about the name of the distribution or just the codename? I interpreted the raw IRC log differently. Let me clarify by using Debian as example (not implying that Debian is perfect or a good role model, just using it as example!): The project "Debian" develops a system called "Debian GNU/Linux". The current release is version 3.1. Internally during development it was named "sarge", and that codename has been promoted also officially as a nickname. So is Finn-Arne expected to surprise us with a codename, a distribution name or ...? I ask because of the issue raised earlier tonight about possible problems with the use of "Debian" as part of the distribution name. - Jonas - -- * Jonas Smedegaard - idealist og Internet-arkitekt * Tlf.: +45 40843136 Website: http://dr.jones.dk/ - Enden er nær: http://www.shibumi.org/eoti.htm -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFD5+EKn7DbMsAkQLgRAh/BAKCHdYBR2gBAFM3q5TgBq1X4lsDjMwCeN8mX +4KXs06QThHgkmYTr4Peq/o= =Sp3o -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
