if you're using ltsp-server 0.93debian1 or newer, you shouldn't need
syslinux installed on the server- syslinux and/or mknbi should be
installed in the ltsp-client chroot. i would like to move even more of
the netboot handling code into the chroot.

adding syslinux to the dependencies of debian-edu-config makes it
uninstallable on architectures other than i386 and amd64. might want to
avoid that.
