confirmed. The first two partitions are the usual newworld boot partitions,
the third is a normal linux partition with ext3 for /boot and on the fourth
is the LVM.
One thing I forgot in my initial report: usplash only works for shutdown, but
nothing is displayed while booting. I have seen this working on ppc
previously though.
