apache don't recognice .nb as a language suffix. it only have
AddLanguage no .no
AddLanguage nn .nn
I tried Adding
AddLanguage no .nb | AddLanguage nb .nb
to apache2.conf without success.
renaming index.html.nb to index.html.no works, so i have commited that change.
This is also a easier change then to add configs to apache for our spesific
need.
I am closing this bug.
