When installing on amd64 ltsp-build-client creates an i386 ltsp environment.
This works fine for the dvd variant, which contains i386 binary packages and can
therefore be used as package source. The cdrom does not contain i386 binary
packages and will therefore let ltsp-build-client fail.
There are several possible solutions, from dropping the cdrom for amd64 and only
provide the multi-arch-dvd over building and amd64 ltsp chroot when installed
with the cd to install the i386 ltsp chroot from network.
This would all require code to detect the missing i386 packages on the "cdrom"
media.
