I made test prints of my school yearbook at Lulu and at viovio.com
The quality was better at viovio, and the total cost with shipping was
cheaper, so we used them.
The pdf was created in scribus. The colourspace was left in RGB and the
images were jpg and png. Therefore, if you have a way to automate wiki
to pdf, then its worth doing. It costs nothing to create a product on
viovio, then you are given a shop url where anyone can buy your book.

Severity: enhancement

<pere> h01ger, perhaps we should publish the documentation using
www.lulu.com? :)
<h01ger> pere, that picture and the design of the lulu.com webpage looks quite
funny / nonserious :-) (though i think they are serious :) if setting this up
is free, why not offering it..
<pere> Having printed manuals would be nice. no idea if it is without cost,
nor how much work it is to get to a point where the PDF is printable.
there are probably other services like this...
