Hello, greetings from Santiago, Chile. I am Werner Westermann from Chile, I articulate the FLOSS-Edu community Educalibre (http://www.educalibre.cl) and always aware of the advances of Debian-edu/Skolelinux.
I've been asked to present to the "Digital Startegy" stakeholders (designers of the ICT chilean governmental policy) the advantages and potencial benefits of the incorporation of free software technology and it's sharing model to the educational sector. The presentation needs to focus on a potential policy promoted by the goverment. I would like to ask for contributions around the role of FLOSS/Edu in educational state policy, specially when in this list we have actors in the regional (Extremadura) and the national level (Norway). Any contribution will be greatly appreciated, and of course, I will feedback any positive outcome.
