No. Not in this case. (Admin(ldap) has select the password). The user of the
admins group log in for the first time. 

But yes it is necassarry if I change my password by myself as user of the admin
group.

But if admin(ldap) change the passwd to a lwat chosen passwd the user of the
group admins can create other admins again.

Shoud I try to change to a strong but own conceive passwd?

If there is any restriction for passworts like in webmin/wlus..?

Should I make a ldap dump befor and after the password change?
