What we usually do when someone suggest a weekend which clashes with an other free software conference, we rally developers to join the weekend which is not doubled booked. By José, Herman, you, me and several others joining the February 1-3, that weekend will get most potentially participants. Then the other weekend clashing with FOSDEM will not occur. That means that a decision on a weekend can be done February 18th as suggested in the good notification from Werner :) I suggest we use our resources to rally people to join February 1-3, not listing them/us February 22-24.
