I'm trying to avoid setting up svk during installation, by adding a pressed
value like in http://apt.bzzware.org/debian-edu/preseed/installer-no-svk.dat
The defaults in debian-edu-install/baseconfig/defaults.common doesn't check if
the value debian-edu-config/etc-in-svk is already set to false.
The result is that it's not possible to preseed etc-in-svk.
