The lenny, lenny-test and sid sections in the ftp archive are missing a Packages
file. This leads to a incompleate Release file, and debian-cd fails.

The same happens for lenny and lenny-test. and for
debian-installer/binary-powerpc and debian-installer/binary-amd64
