I noticed that Icewease is not preconfigured to use webcache:3128 as proxy, and
see that the cfengine script that did that before has not been updated to use
Iceweasel instead of Firefox.
cf.mozilla should use /etc/iceweasel/pref/iceweasel.js and should probably be
renamed to cf.iceweasel
