Debian only _release_ a single distribution at a time. Our latest released distribution is referred to as "stable". Yes, we release _packages_ every day (twice a day, even), and organize them for download grouped by the extend of "bleeding edge" they are. So ok, you don't find Debian slow and boring _exactly_ because you decide to "run ahead" and live on the bleeding edge :-) That's great. I do that myself too. Just don't confuse it with the officially released Debian distribution, which is "stable", but also pretty slow in getting there. :-) - Jonas - -- * Jonas Smedegaard - idealist og Internet-arkitekt * Tlf.: +45 40843136 Website: http://dr.jones.dk/ - Enden er nær: http://www.shibumi.org/eoti.htm -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAkhulqUACgkQn7DbMsAkQLiROQCgkM/UY2A65kn84s6yk08X7Mrq nCYAoJEunz6nZxZARCeFIqM7NklhEWWt =2+Z3 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
