The effect it gives is that's not possible to login users form a diskless workstation. I didn't test on a workstation but I'm pretty sure it will do the same. I suspect to be releated to lwat 0.17 because its seems to be the common thing between terra and lenny. I change the severity because it's a big problem to not log in.
