When importing users from a csv file it's possible to associate groups to
users.
It would be a good that lwat create the groups that are specified on this file
but do not exist yet.
If, for some reason, this can't be done, I suggest to add a check that worn the
administrator that the groups in the file does not exist and users will not be
associated to these groups before execute the import script.
