Configuration files for Skolelinux systems
Installs cfengine config files to be used by the machines set up as part
of the Skolelinux project.

* Rename testsuite/bind9-dns to testsuite/dnsd.
* Cleanup and fix cf/cfengine.conf so that cf.pdns is executed.
