Dear list,

running a major school on Skolelinux, I fell the increasing wish of an easy 
report system that enables colleagues or students to submit any kind of issue 
easily. Maybe a forum within Moodle LMS or sim. could do, but maybe bugzilla 
or some ticket system could do the job even better. 

While nagios & munin are monitoring hardware defects, there are no (technical) 
antennas for human problems related to Skolelinux. 

Technically, is it very difficult to install such service out of the box 
(working mail server provided)? 

Beforehand, there should be a discussion, if there is a common basis/needs for 
most schools and if there is one optimal solution that would match those needs 
best?
