The 'append_domain .intern' option in etc/squid/squid.conf isn't set from
cf.squid by cfengine.
Other options:
'http_access allow localnet' set by cfengine.
'maximum_object_size 20480 KB' not set by cfengine, but is now default in
Debian and commented out in original squid.conf.
'refresh_pattern (Release|Package(.gz)*)$ 0 20% 2880' not set by cfengine, but
set in original squid.conf.
