Out of curiosity, why aren't these sort of meetings (not just Debian-Edu, but also other groups such as the OKF open textbook meetings) held on weekends? It seems like that would generally work better. Since we're scattered around different time zones, someone is bound to have work or school at any given time on a week day, but this problem would be largely avoided during weekends...
