What are the reasons, that they are not able to use Bugzilla?
I'm still not able too.
Why?
* I block my self. Not active enough to search through the
documentation. A little bit lazy? Procrastinator?
* Untrained how to search for it.
* Uncertain about the technical wording in the existing documentation
* uneasy, because the bug could be my own fault, e.g. typo
I'm a retired chemist not a teacher and not an IT-expert.
Every body who is so intelligent to use open source should be apt and
willing to be trained.
So my suggestion is: try to adapt to by smoothing the learning curve.for
bug reporting to the needs of this special group.
Give them the link not to deliver the message to a special URL, but to a
special sort of additional documentation.
So, and I will try to solve that for me as well. may be, I can give some
suggestions, where I needed more help.
Thanks for your work. I try to organize support for the
SoftwareWorldFreedomDay on the 19th of September. We will have some
lectures and an InstallParty2009, where we will talk about Skolelinux as
well.
