But I see this when installing the SERVER as mentioned in 'SERVER paragraph'. (This doesnt happen with STANDALONE.) i.e.: The Server install yielded the text message re, "X", while the Standalone install actually made it thru the GUI logon but presented the error message window. Meanwhile, I re-downloaded the (debian-edu-etch-amd64-i386-powerpc-DVD-3.0r1)* newest(?) DVD and tried another install, however found the same issues. I agree that video must be a major part of these problems, but it didn;t seem so at first w/ different outcomes via Server v Standalone.
