I can only support your argument that 50 static clients is too few. Also the given 10 printers might reach their limit - especially if you include wlan routers here (how about switches?). I'd suggest to use 10.0.2.3 - 10.0.2.10 for dedicated servers 10.0.2.11 - 10.0.2.20 for ltsp servers 10.0.2.21 - 10.0.2.30 for routers 10.0.2.31 - 10.0.2.40 for printers 10.0.2.51 - 10.0.2.255 for static001 to static154 which leaves 10.0.3.x for free dhcp clients.
