I just did a workstation installation, and there is nothing in /etc/skel/
generated by snakeoil-on-ice, and no sign about it being run during
installation either:

linux-2:~# find /etc/skel/
/etc/skel/
/etc/skel/.bashrc
/etc/skel/.profile
/etc/skel/.bash_logout
linux-2:~# snakeoil-on-ice
info: File /etc/iceweasel/profile/cert_override.txt
info: already exist. No need to do anything, exiting.
linux-2:~# find /etc/skel/
/etc/skel/
/etc/skel/.bashrc
/etc/skel/.profile
/etc/skel/.bash_logout
linux-2:~# grep /etc/iceweasel/profile/cert_override.txt
/var/log/installer/syslog
linux-2:~# ls -l /etc/iceweasel/profile/cert_override.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 417 30 des. 17:08
/etc/iceweasel/profile/cert_override.txt
linux-2:~# cat /etc/iceweasel/profile/cert_override.txt
# PSM Certificate Override Settings file
# This is a generated file! Do not edit.

linux-2:~#

Is this as expected?

When I started firefox, a new profile was created with the correct
cert_override.txt copied into ~/.mozilla/, so I guess this actually work just
fine.
