I wonder if they are syncing, RT Kernel site, http://www.osadl.org/Downloads.downloads.0.html http://rt.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Main_Page in case they are, they do not release same time as vanilla kernel. IIRC they do a couple releases a year.
