needs a lot of sticks though, and someone to put it on them! but Ralf, I have LMMS on my laptop already and it looks very promising for that age group. Thanks a lot, I'll try it on a netbook at school tomorrow. (Now where was that tool for installing onto all workstations in one go?) I also discovered a reasonable flash site: http://www.jamstudio.com/ but it requires registration to be able to save tracks. Kids of that age don't have e-mail addresses at our school.
